C-THRU TOPSY Bin is a large waste container equally suited as a litter bin or recycling unit. C-THRU TOPSY Bin features a clear body and liner to enable viewing of contents to ensure there is no contamination of recyclable waste, allow operatives to instantly know if a bin requires emptying and allows monitoring of contents for security reasons. The robust Clear Durapol outer is weather and vandal-resistant, and C-THRU TOPSY Bin is available with or without a lock.

C-THRU TOPSY Recycling Bin includes a pair of WRAP RecycleNow graphics at the top and a large band at the base, with Defra-recommended colours and symbols for the collection of cans, plastic bottles or newspapers & magazines. The unit includes a liner made from tough polycarbonate to provide a total capacity of 103 litres.
